At Found Co., we currently ship within Canada only.
We’re working to expand international shipping in the future, but for now, all orders are processed and shipped domestically.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after the order is placed.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during product launches, promotions, or holidays.

Shipping Rates

Free standard shipping on orders over $150 CAD (after discounts and before taxes).

$10 flat-rate shipping on orders below $150 CAD.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order total and delivery address.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery within 4–10 business days, depending on your province and location.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow your shipment’s progress.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply to resend the order.
